A SAVVY woman has revealed how she updates her holiday decor without breaking the bank.
She said her trick for giving her Christmas ornaments a glow-up is cheap and simple.
TikToker @amarddi filmed herself demonstrating the holiday hack in a video on the social media platform.
She pulled out a box of black ornaments with silver toppers.
Next, she revealed off-white balloons and cut the tops of them off.
She slipped the balloons onto the ornaments to reveal a chic new look for the decor.
"I’m so happy I found this balloon hack," she said.
:Every year I blow so much money on new colored ornaments. By the way, my ornaments are plastic," she added.
The video drew in many viewers who shared their two cents on the Christmas tip.
"I did this last year since I couldn’t find any matte forest green for mine," one wrote.

"Girl, I want to do this every year now," the TikToker replied.
"Wait, but will your house smell like balloons?" another asked.
"No babe," she wrote back.
"Are those glass ornaments or can you do then with plastic ones, too?" a third commented.
"These were plastic ones babes," the TikToker responded. "I didn’t want to use glass ones in fear of them shattering."
"Oh my gosh thank you for this," one more wrote. "Neon decorations are happening this year."
