A fashion stylist has uploaded a video sharing the top three items of clothing men should AVOID wearing this summer – so how many is your man guilty of?
Social media user @joe_x_style, who posts about fashion online, revealed that skinny shorts are the first major fashion offender for chaps.
In his clip, he revealed a number of photos of the skin-tight item, and said you should instead replace them with some looser alternatives.
Forget baggy, long cargo shorts, you should opt for ones that fall just above the knee.
Next up were ankle socks, and Joe advised they should never be seen on guys.
He added that a simple pair of white gym socks should do the trick.
Finally, Joe said that “minimal flip flops” should be banned.
The fashion stylist suggested that sliders or Birkenstocks should be worn instead.
The video has clearly struck a chord with numerous men – and women – as it has racked up over 20,000 likes.
