A WOMAN has revealed that she might be 50-years-old, but she is fit.
The fitness-mad woman loves showing off her toned figure in bikinis and mini dresses online.
Not only this, but she has now revealed her simple secret to looking young – so if you are fed up with ageing, you’ll need to listen up.
In one clip posted on social media, the woman, who is known online as Ylen Noir, showed off her slim frame whilst standing on a jet ski.
She confirmed: “Hard work pays off.
“Fit at 50.”

Ylen then explained that she is “50 years young” and has the ultimate “beach body”.
In another clip, Ylen revealed the secret she swears by for keeping a youthful appearance.
As she posed in the mirror, wearing a crop top that showed off her washboard abs, Ylen explained: “Keeping my body fit at 50.
“It’s about [a] strong mindset.”

She later advised: “You want it, you work for it.”
Ylen proudly showed off her toned figure, as she turned around to give her fans a full view of her plump glutes.
Following on from this, in another video, Ylen confidently modelled her new clothes from a recent shopping haul.
She noted: “I turned 50 in January” as she filmed herself in the mirror, proudly displaying her long, slim legs.
The 50-year-old posed in a black, leather crop top and shorts, followed by a variety of mini dresses, including one in leopard print, another one that was bright yellow and a third that was red and long-sleeved.
The body confident woman then added: “I can’t complain at all.”
She even jokingly advised: “Try to beat me” as she posed in a fluorescent pink bikini.
The TikTok clip, which was shared under the username @iconicmature, has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly amassed 95,900 views.
Social media users were left stunned at Ylen’s video and many were eager to share this in the comments.
