I've found the dream £16 leggings for the gym – they instantly make my bum look like I've done 100 squats | The Sun

A FASHION fan has revealed she's found the perfect leggings for the gym which make it look like you've done 100 squats before even working out.

Beth Knox regularly shares her shopping hauls and outfit choices with her 22,700 followers on TikTok (@bethknox).

In a recent clip, the Glasgow makeup artist modelled a pair of £15.99 black leggings and was stunned by the fit.

She said: "I have recently decided that I'm going back to the gym but I have absolutely no gym clothes at all.

"So I went to TikTok Shop and I got a pair of leggings and a vest.

"I'm going to try them on and hopefully they're nice because I need to look nice in the gym.

"Look at the leggings. They're ruched at the bum.

"They have pockets for your phone, at both sides. You know, if you want to act like a drug dealer and have two phones.

"But they're cute, they're so cute."

Showing them off from the back, Beth added: "That is giving, that is giving I do like 100 squats when I've never done a f***ing squat in my life.
