A MUM has gone viral after sharing her grumpy neighbour's response to her kids trick or treating.
Elle had been filming the small group of children as they knocked on the doors of local houses to mark Halloween.
In the video on her TikTok page, she could be heard giggling as the group said "trick or treat" in perfect unison as the woman opened the door.
But the first thing the woman said was "Are your parents here?"
"We're here," Elle responded from the bottom of the driveway.
Apparently ignoring her reply, the woman then began wagging her finger at the children, before saying: "Do not knock on the door like this!"

Elle went on to say that the incident had put the children off doing any more trick or treating.
"The kids was upset and then scared to knock on other doors!" she added.
"Fuming wasn't the word!"
While Elle turned the comments off on that video, people took to her other ones to have their say.
"Tbf there's no Halloween decorations so clearly they didn't want trick or treat," one person wrote.
To which Elle replied with another video showing what appeared to be a picture of the scary clown from It on the front door.
"Can you see the decorations now?" she wrote over the top of the clip.
"Just cause the house was decorated doesn’t mean they need to answer to you?" someone else said.
"Entitlement by chavs is crazy I swear!"
But others were on Elle's side, with one writing: "To the Halloween video I swear I would have gone crazy!!
"Who speaks to someone’s kids like that ffs?!"
"I hope you and the kids are okay after I saw the video," another wrote.
"I always answer the door to kids.
"I don’t care if they're loud or not, they're kids having fun!"
"Woman on the trick or treat was grumpy," a third agreed.
