A DC resident has shared the tactics her "Karen" neighbor has taken to secure her own space for her car.
She said that the other women even made her own parking cones but two can play that game.
Washington, DC local Jordan (@jusssjordann) already has enough on her plate as the mother of two twins.
Now, she's dealing with petty neighbor drama over outdoor parking spaces.
In a TikTok video, she told viewers about the methods that her "Karen" neighbor took to make sure she had a spot.
The video began with an image of two cars illegally parked near each other.
"This dummy called the police on both of us double parked, idiot. Thought she had all the sense," a subtitle read over the visual.
The problems didn't stop there and instead escalated in the following clip.
Jordan explained in a voiceover that the resident placed two orange cones in the spot to make sure that no one used it.
"This is the night one where she made the cones and she put them out there. She took the time to make these cones or whatever," she said.

There was a note taped to one of them that read: "Private property, no parking, no blocking."
On the next night, the content creator intentionally moved the cones to put her vehicle in their place.
"The last two nights she's been parking quickly or whatever, and that's the spot she wants to block," she said as she referenced the spot her car was in.
She left her a note that detailed how she felt about the situation.
It read: "Karen, respectfully you pay for parking spot #2. Why in the f**k are you concerned about a double spot? You don't own the parking spot, sis!"
"I guess it's giving parking wars sis. I don't give a f**k. I got just as much time," she added in the caption.
Many people were on Jordan's side and made their opinions known in the comment section.
"I would call the tow truck on her a*s," one commented.
