A MOM was left disappointed when her lip fillers were badly botched – but then her physician added insult to injury.
Even though she paid $1,000 for a procedure that needed to be reversed, she said her doctor tried to convince her more filler would do the trick.
Miranda Dauphinee is widely known for her parenting content on TikTok, where she has 13k followers.
She opened up in a video with a very different vibe, and recounted a nightmarish experience with lip fillers to her viewers.
To open up the throwback narrative, Dauphinee posted a clip of herself looking grim and lip-synching to the viral Gia Giudice song "Waking Up in the Morning."
"Remembering that time I spent $1k on lip filler only to ask them to dissolve it," Dauphinee wrote in the caption.

She explained why the filler needed to be dissolved: "It basically all migrated above my nonexistent lip," she wrote.
Then, Dauphinee shared photos of herself immediately after the procedure and in the days following it.
"Here I am, so full of hope," she commented over a photo of herself immediately post-procedure.
She posted another selfie snapped a little while later. "Feeling like it really shouldn't look like this," Dauphinee captioned it.

In the last photo from that time period, Dauphinee looks defeated – and the area above her upper lip looks totally swollen.
"Finally admitting this is not the vibe," she captioned it. The TikTok star also said she was "still sad" about the botched procedure.
In the comments section, she responded to horrified viewers who openly wondered what had gone wrong.
"I didn’t realize my lips were so tricky," Dauphinee wrote. "Found a board-certified doctor and thought that was enough but NOPE."
"Doctor did not understand the assignment," one person commented.
Another person admitted that their first reaction was to laugh, and their revelation triggered an even more shocking one from Dauphinee.
"I shouldn’t have laughed this hard I’m sorry," the viewer apologized.
"It's ridiculous," Dauphinee admitted. Then, she told the viewer what surprised her most.
"The doctor who did the injections told me I needed MORE," she revealed.
