I followed rules and still got dress-coded at work – thats how my body looks

A woman was left baffled when she got dress-coded at work and told to wear bigger clothes.

Aisha Mason works in a Costco store and is allowed to wear clothing as long as it appears "clean, professional, and neat".

Last week the employee revealed that she had been called into the office over her choice of outfit.

"So I'm borderline p*ssed," Aisha said in her video as she showed her work outfit.

"I'm following the dress code but my body shape is too much for my job. I don't get it."

Aisha had a red polo shirt and grey pleated pants, as well as a Costco name tag.

However, the tight-fitting top might have drawn people's attention to her hourglass figure.

"I am following the dress code but because I might have people following me around at work…how is this my fault?" she wondered.

"Because the men keep looking at me, I have to come to work in bigger clothes, that's body shaming and it's just plain wrong!"

But viewers spotted a different problem and suggested the cause of the issue might actually be her trousers.

"Outfits looks good on you but the pants are considered loungewear so that may be why most job won't allow that type of pants," one shared.

Another wrote: "You know darn well them pyjama pants was gonna cause a problem."

Some told Aisha to "take off her waist trainer" as Spandex could be considered as "too revealing" at workplace.

"If you take your waist trainer off, your clothes would fit normal," a second commented.

In another video, Aisha hit back to show her body looking the same with and without a waist trainer.

She removed a black elastic band off her stomach, saying: "There's no stomach [fat] under there, sorry to disappoint you, they still fit the same."

Supporters told Aisha to forget the trolls because they're "jealous", adding "you shouldn't have to explain yourself to anyone."
