Model Mary Magdalene warned others against surgery after one of her 38J boobs exploded.
The OnlyFans star, who has been dubbed 'the world's most surgically-enhanced woman' is currently reversing her procedures following a 'spiritual awakening'.
And she's reaching out to others not to follow the same path she did.

Mary, who was known for having the 'world's fattest vagina', took to her Instagram page to address her 202,000 followers.
The Mexican-born star wrote: "So sick of this surgery BS. I am trapped now for who knows how long…
"Because you will get something done in hopes to 'fix' something, but then the doctor could mess us…"
The 30-year-old model added: "I am burnt the f**k out from this lifestyle, I wish I never did it, not worth all the time, money, stress, my body can't recover the same anymore.
"I just want to live a normal life now and I can't and I am not asking for pity, I did this all myself willingly, just sharing this for people who want to go the extreme surgery look because you will deal with a lot of complications eventually… it's not worth it!"
Mary went in for surgery this month after one of her 38J boob implants exploded and left her with a uniboob.
While having the other implant removed, she also had a labiaplasty to reconstruct her vagina after illegal fillers left it looking like 'female testicles'.
Mary previously told TMZ it was a drug-fuelled come-to-Jesus moment that led her to tone down her extreme body modifications.
"I was doing a lot of whippets and shrooms, and then I just kind of realised through that spiritual awakening that maybe it's best for my overall wellbeing to just kind of tone it down a notch you know, with the surgeries," she explained.
Fans gave Mary support on her latest post, as one wrote: "Sending you all the good vibes."
While another added: "Hang in there baby."
A third chimed in: "The fact you can be so open and honest about your recovery and choices is inspiring."
While a fourth added: "I’ve been telling everyone for years no one listens until it’s too late."
Mary is thought to have spent around £73,000 on surgery – including three boob jobs, three Brazilian butt lifts, cheek fat removal, hip fillers, 20 dental veneers and several lip fillers.
