A self-confessed plastic surgery addict has revealed how she has spent around $175,000 on various procedures and despite her family’s warnings, she has no plans on stopping.

Nicole Zavala, who starred on VH1’s reality TV show Cartel Crew and is based in Miami, spoke out her surgery addiction on YouTube channel ‘truly’.

In the mini documentary, the brunette tells viewers how she ‘loves’ to change her appearance all the time, and most recently she spent $20,000 on her fourth boob job and fillers to mark her 30th birthday.

She goes on to explain that she has had a ‘very rough year’ as her boyfriend of three years Demetrius Meach was murdered around five months ago and ‘just getting fillers, tattoos, piercings… it makes me feel better.’

In one scene she shows off a tattooed portrait of her late partner on the inside of her arm, with the accompanying text reading: ‘Demetrius, Legends Live Forever.’

When it comes to plastic surgery, the brunette says she likes ‘to look more fake’ rather than natural and she gets ‘all sorts of comments’ on her pumped up looks.

Often she is likened to a Bratz doll or a Barbie and she says sometimes people say she looks like a ‘blow up fish because of my lips.’

Addressing her critics, she adds: ‘I don’t care what anybody thinks… if you don’t like it, don’t go on my page.’

Because of her cosmetically-enhanced looks, Nicole says she often experiences prejudice and people automatically assume she is ‘stuck up’, ‘got an attitude’ or ‘her personality might be whack.’

In the short film Nicole makes a stand and says: ‘I would like people to know that I actually have a good heart.

‘I’m very very humble even being on TV even before and after TV nothing has changed me a bit. I don’t think I’m bigger than anybody else.’

One of Nicole’s favorite procedures is getting her lips done.

While she says plastic surgery makes her feel better, she has also been talking to a therapist every week in an effort to curb her grief

In the ‘truly’ YouTube video titled ‘Surgery Helps Me Cope With My Boyfriend’s Murder’ Nicole reveals that she fell into a ‘deep depression’ following her partner’s death and she was ‘stuck home for two months.’

While she says plastic surgery makes her feel better, she has also been talking to a therapist every week in an effort to curb her grief.

Along with the support of her friends and her boyfriend’s friends, she says she is ‘hanging in there and taking it day by day.’

She adds: ‘I’m just trying to be strong because it’s hard, its hard.’

At the end of the short film, Nicole meets with her mom and brother to showcase her latest round of plastic surgery.

‘I feel like my next procedure that I’m gonna get is my hips and my butt done just because I feel like my boobs are big now and I feel like I have to match with my butt,’ Nicole says

Looking ahead after marking a milestone birthday, Nicole goes on to explain that she also has no fears about getting old ‘because I’m not going to look old’

However, when they see her new look they express concern rather than congratulations.

Nicole’s mom Gladys says with a worried look on her face: ‘What’s wrong with you? No more please, I love you too much.’

Meanwhile, the reality star’s brother Micha says: ‘Why? I thought you said this was gonna be the last time.

‘You look like a Bratz doll… I feel like you need to figure out another way of coping… I feel like you look fine you shouldn’t just be adding more to it.

‘You have to think of alternative because at the end of the day if any of your surgeries go wrong, you’re going to fall into a deep depression.’

While she’s with her family, Nicole agrees that maybe she needs a therapist to address her plastic surgery addiction along with the loss of her boyfriend.

However, once they leave, she reveals that she has no plans on stopping surgeries and she already knows what nip ‘n’ tuck she wants next.

She tells viewers: ‘Looking back, if I was to talk to my younger self, honestly if you don’t like how you look just fix yourself – I don’t think I’m gonna stop.

She concludes with a smile on her face: ‘When I start reaching 40 man, I’m gonna do double what I’m doing!’
