Woman horrified as boyfriend leaves socks on washing line for two months

A woman was left fuming at her boyfriend after realising he left his socks hanging on a washing line for two months.

Emily Shires said her partner, Ben, is the reason why "men are the f***ing worst to live with".

She explains in her now-viral TikTok video: "So here are Ben's socks, he hung them out in August, which was over two months ago.

"And as you can see these socks are still here, they have been through two seasons now – it's been through summer and now it's autumn.

"Yeah so I said to him on a lovely August day 'I'll go hang your socks out Ben, just bring them in at the end of the day'.

"We are over two months now and yeah, they are still f***ing here."

Emily got irritated when she went to the house and found something in the kitchen.

"Also there's a f***ing Yorkshire pudding in the oven from last night!" she fumed.

She put out an "announcement" reminding people to "approach men with caution when asking them to get a house", otherwise "do not live with a man".

Viewers agreed with Emily and considered that as a crime act, with one saying: "I'd get rid of other socks in the house until he had no choice but to get them off the line. Hold the socks hostage."

"This actually gives me internal anger, why was none of them taught how to move their things?" a second asked.

A third revealed she was also in a similar situation as she shared: "Under no circumstances bring the socks in.

"I've got a T-shirt still on the line from July 2021, it's an unspoken standoff."

Others called it a "painful" experience to live with a man as one said she felt like being a maid when her partner constantly asked if he has any clean clothes.
