If your chosen TV is a Samsung then there’s a blockbuster bonus coming to your living room. The Korean technology giant has just announced the launch of an extra eight channels which are all coming to its popular TV Plus app. The best part about these changes are that everything coming to screens is totally free to watch and there’s no need to sign up for expensive subscriptions – you even get some sporting action thrown in.
The upgrade includes DAZN Women’s Football and DAZN Ringside which offer live sporting events such MMA and, as the name suggests, women’s football with all action from the UEFA Champions League being shown on this platform. The PGA TOUR channel also arrives this month – showcasing the best moments in golf through tournament recaps and re-airs, player profiles, and original content.
Samsung says that all three sports channels will offer unprecedented access to action from across the world.
Alongside that sporting content, there’s also a bunch of BBC services such as UKTV Play Laughs, UKTV Play Uncovered, UKTV Play Full Throttle and UKTV Play Heroes coming to TV Plus.
How to update the software on your Samsung TV
Finally, the International news channel NBC News Now also joins the platform, delivering reporting and live breaking news from the United States and across the globe.

If young fans were glued to the edge of their seats for the World Cup Final, the new DAZN Women’s Football channel will continue to inspire the next generation of female players.”
