Calvin Harris made a savage plastic surgery dig at music mogul and Britain's Got Talent judge Simon Cowell during his appearance on The One Show today, Thursday 3 August.
The Acceptable in the 80s hitmaker, who is engaged to radio DJ Vick Hope, was on the BBC One sofa to promote his latest dance-inspired track Desire, which he has collaborated on with Sam Smith.
As Calvin, 39, chatted all things music and inspiration with hosts Alex Jones and Roman Kemp, the Scottish star couldn't resist a cheeky swipe at Simon.
Sharing a story from an occasion when he stayed in a Swiss hotel, the DJ, who was recently spotted sharing a sweet moment with Vick as the pair held hands, explained that it wasn't long after he arrived that he fancied something to eat from room service.
Strangely, the menu he picked up was one for cosmetic treatments instead of food, and Calvin was taken-aback by all the botox and boob jobs on offer.
As the presenters jokingly wondered if the musician had decided to have any treatments, Calvin's response was blunt.
"I walked out of there looking like Simon Cowell," the star quipped.
“I was only there for two days," he said. "Insane!” as viewers took to Twitter to praise his unbelievable comic timing.
"Calvin Harris is hilarious #TheOneShow," one fan tweeted.
Another declared: ""@CalvinHarris you were so funny tonight on the @BBCTheOneShow."
"#theoneshow Calvin Harris is so funny," a third posted.
Others praised the DJ for his down to earth personality as one viewer said the musician came across as a "genuinely nice guy and very grounded".
"Never seem #Calvinharris interviewed before, but just caught him on #TheOneShow – what a charming fella! So glad we still have artists around that have a personality!" another added.
As well as making awkward digs at Simon, Calvin also admitted that while he performs in Ibiza, where the star is currently doing a residency, he keeps a photo of rock icon Rod Stewart with him on stage.
Showing Alex and Roman his unusual good luck charm, Calvin smiled: "It’s a picture of Rod Stewart from the 80s.
"There was a show that wasn’t going particularly well and I turned to Connor (who takes my photos)," the star continued. "I turned around to him and was like ‘what would Rod Stewart do?’ and he said ‘he’d smile and point at people.’"
The One Show continues every night at 7pm on BBC One
