Sister Wives’ Christine Brown reveals she’s closing her business
Christine Brown has finally revealed what every Sister Wives fan wanted to know – what went down when Kody met David.
The Sister Wives star split from her polygamous husband Kody Brown in 2021 after 25 years together.
She quickly moved on though and found love with David Woolley – who was her first non-polygamorous marriage.
The 51-year-old TLC star tied the knot with David in October 2023 after a whirlwind romance, and now her new husband is preparing to make his debut on the family’s hit reality show.

Speaking to ET, Christine was asked if Kody and David had pair met before their big on-screen reunion.
“He’s met Kody,” Christine explained, adding: “There’s been a couple of times where they’ve been together.”
As for how the interaction went, Christine says she can’t speak for her estranged husband, admitting: “I don’t know how Kody feels about any of it at all, I’m not sure.”
Nevertheless, Christine remains hopeful, as she went on to say: “But watching the two of them, they’ll be fine. They’ll be kind in each other’s presence.”

And while Christine isnt sure what Kody’s thoughts on her new relationship are, she does note that viewers will get to hear Kody’s opinion on her relationship in the show’s upcoming One-on-One special.
“You’ll see it in the One-on-One, it’s hilarious,” she enthused, before teasing: “I’ll let you watch the One-on-One for that one ’cause then you’ll see how Kody feels.”
Christine maintained: “But David’s always a gentleman. He’s always going to be kind and good.”
And viewers can expect to see a lot more of David in future Sister Wives episodes as he is about to become a regular in the show.

Speaking of how her new husband felt about his TLC debut, she said: “He was so nervous! It was so cute. You’re gonna see him a lot.
“He’s not in this season at all. He’s in a special, and, of course, he’s in our wedding,” Christine continued, as she gushed: “And he’s wonderful, and he’s so good and he’s so kind.”
The mum of six insisted she didn’t have to train David up for his first TV appearance, as he was “just himself” on camera.
“It’s all very overwhelming to him and it’s all a lot. He’s taking on a lot with taking me on,” Christine confessed but thankfully “he does it with grace.”
Sister Wives One-on-One special airs Sunday, November 26 at 10pm on TLC in the US.
