Hollyoaks newcomer Jon-Paul Bell has opened up about his "tricky" conversation with one of his co-stars after joining the Channel 4 soap.
The actor made his debut as Tony Hutchinson's (Nick Pickard) Beau Ramsey last month and has caused trouble in the village ever since.
Within his first week, he locked lips with Liberty Savage (Jessamy Stoddart), leaving her boyfriend Damon Kinsella (Jacob Roberts) furious.

In a real-like twist, Jon-Paul has revealed that Damon actor Jacob was one of the only cast members he knew prior to joining the show.
Speaking to Daily Star, the TV star said: ""I knew Jacob Roberts briefly so as soon as I got the news I sent him a quick message.
"Everybody else was from fresh so it felt a fresh start and I was just thrown into it."
When discussing Beau's cheeky kiss with Damon's girlfriend, he said: "It was a bit of a tricky one.
"He said sent me a message saying 'Thanks for nicking my girlfriend mate' but he was alright with me and we sorted it out so all good.
Jon-Paul added: "It was really funny to get those first couple of scenes where it all unfolded. It was a fantastic way to start.
The hunky newbie left Tony and viewers gobsmacked when he revealed his true identity in recent scenes.
Since the bombshell. Beau has been settling into life in the village but actor Jon-Paul has teased that his arrival may causes for his family.
Speaking about Diane's reaction to Beau's arrival, Jon said: "I think with Diane, she's had such a difficult past few years with Tony.
"Beau arriving as Tony's secret son probably flames a few trust issues and now she's wondering whether he is the man she believes him to be, so whether it brings them together or splits them apart its a hard one to call.

"I think with Beau having a fresh start in mind, the plan is for him to build a new chapter in the village but will his family want him there? Fans will have to wait and see."
Jon-Paul went on to gush over meeting Nick Pickard, who has played Tony in the serial drama since the show started back in 1995.
He said: ""Once I found out he was Tony's son it was amazing and to actually meet Nick [Pickard ]in person has been fantastic.
"He's been so supportive of me and we get on so well. He's everything you hoped him to be.
"Hollyoaks is something I've followed and watched since I was a young boy so to be involved in such a brilliant production has been amazing."
Hollyoaks airs every weeknight at 6.30pm on Channel 4 followed by a first-look episode on E4 at 7pm
