It's time for the wedding of Kat Slater and Phil Mitchell tonight, EastEnders spoilers have revealed.

This is the second time that the pair will try and tie the knot, but this time, Phil is keeping a huge secret from Kat – the fact that he slept with Emma Harding behind her back last week.

Keanu Taylor has been blackmailing Phil, saying that if he didn't get him access to his daughter Peggy, who is Phil's granddaughter, then he would tell Kat everything.

However, as he went to spill the news on Kat's hen-do, Keanu's ex, Sharon Watts, stepped in and told him if he revealed to Kat what Phil had done, she wouldn't let him see their son Albie anymore.

He agreed to keep quiet, but he got drunk in the Queen Vic, and as Kat's ex, Alfie Moon, went to walk him home, he told him that Phil had cheated on Kat with Emma.

As the wedding day arrives on Wednesday, 20 September, Alfie heads to the Arches looking to get the truth from a now sober Keanu.

He then heads over to number 29 to reveal all to Kat, but will he go through with it?

Over at Peggy's, Phil and the Mitchell men raise a glass to the family, but it isn't long before Alfie gets some alone time with Phil.

When they are alone, Alfie punches Phil, but as the two of them battle it out, it becomes clear that there is something else bothering Alfie.

He later reveals to Phil that he lied about getting the all-clear from his cancer scare, and he does in fact have prostate cancer.

Will Alfie be okay?

Elsewhere in Walford, Suki Panesar regrets telling Nugget about his father, Ravi Gulati, being a murderer.

Ravi can tell that something is up with his son, but after a heart-to-heart with Zack Hudson, he puts it down to teenage behaviour.

As for Nugget, he tries to convince his friend Denzel to skip school, but he refuses, and it isn't long before Suki finds Nugget.

The drama doesn't end there, as Nugget heads to Walford East looking to confront his dad over what Suki had told him.

Will Ravi tell him the truth?

Finally, Cathy Cotton encourages her son, Ian Beale, to speak to his partner, Cindy Beale, to let Bobby move back home to be with them, as it is clear he is struggling living with Sonia Fowler.

Will Cindy agree?
