She wore an entirely black, loose-fitting attire, complemented by a lengthy black gilet jacket.
In a recent behind the scenes look at her collaboration with TikTok Shop, Katie was uncharacteristically covered up again, wearing a loose black cardigan.
It prompted one fan to comment: "Are u pregnant x."
Another said bluntly: "You look preggers."

It's no secret that that the reality star is hoping to have baby number six.
She reportedly met with a surrogate earlier this month, and they’d verbally agreed to carry baby number six.
Those plans were scrapped after Katie had gotten into a row with the surrogate.
