LAUREN Goddger's friends have begged her to ditch new man Lotan Carter over his controversial past.
The former Dreamboys stripper pictured kissing Lauren earlier in the week.
He was booted out of the Big Brother house in 2017 for 'threatening behaviour' towards female housemates, and that has left Lauren's pals concerned.
A source told us: "Lauren's close mates think she has rushed into this new relationship with Lotan and needs to tread carefully. She has been through a very traumatic time recently with the loss of her baby daughter Lorena and also her messy break up with her ex Charles.
"They are also wary of Lotan and don't know if he is good for her. He was kicked out of Big Brother for inappropriate behaviour and behaving in an intimidating way towards female housemates, so they are naturally concerned about Lauren being with someone with that kind of history.
"They feel she would be better on her own right now while she heals from everything she has been through and focus on herself and daughter Larose."
The dancer, who is the nephew of Pineapple Studios star Louie Spence, was ditched by the Dreamboys in 2017 shortly after his Big Brother shame.

He was told off in the Diary Room for throwing a chair at co-stars and using intimidating language.
He was told: “Lotan before you entered the Big Brother house, the rules regarding unacceptable behaviour and language were explained to you.
"Big Brother has also spoken to you previously about isolating and intimidating behaviour, particularly towards women.
"Last night you threw your drink angrily at Isabelle, Chanelle and Hannah and then threw the empty bottle across the room. Later in the bedroom and then in the Diary Room, you used threatening language about a fellow housemate," they continued.

"Lotan, Big Brother considers your behaviour to be completely unacceptable and has no option but to remove you form the house."
Lauren's previous relationship with Charles Drury ended earlier this year.
Their second daughter Lorena was tragically born with her umbilical cord tied around her neck on July 8.
Charles, 25, was later arrested over an alleged assault on the ex reality star on the day of their daughter's funeral.
