A LEGENDARY ITV drama is returning to screens this weekend after a two year break.

Holly Willoughby was left speechless earlier this year when she was told live on This Morning that she'd landed a part on the British detective drama.


Midsomer Murder's aired it's last recent episode two years ago.

Fans have been wondering when it will return ever since, but they no longer have to wait as the release date has arrived.

The hit ITV drama will officially return to screens this Sunday.

The drama returns to screens this Sunday with Holly's cameo set to dazzle the nation.
