Love Island fans are convinced newbie Jessie Wynter, 26, is on an “undercover mission” following her ITV debut.

Eagle-eyed viewers have taken to social media to share their theory that the Aussie beauty was tasked with “saving Will” as they enjoyed a kiss after cosying up together.

During a recent episode, Will’s future was jeopardised as he had until the end of the week to couple up with someone or face being packed off back to his farm.

Soon after Jessie’s bombshell entrance, the Aussie instantly struck up a surprising romance with the farmer, leading fans to believe she’s on a “secret mission”.

Avid watchers took to Twitter to share their theories, with one tweeting: “They sent Jessie to keep Will in villa so ITV can get their money’s worth.”

A second wrote: “The Australian was sent in purely to keep Will in the show.”

A third chimed in with: “Jessie’s definitely on an undercover mission to save Will. He’s a favourite amongst fans", while a fourth added: “He’s the most popular. Got to keep him in.”

After Jessie’s arrival, she got to know Will before joking that his life was too similar to that of Shaun The Sheep due to his love for his fluffy animals.

The pair hit it off after noticing they had several things in common and eventually decided to retreat away from the group to get to know one another on a more personal level.

“Honestly, you look really good,” gushed Will before the pair started talking about their lives, including Jessie’s upbringing in Tasmania.

But as they continued to bond, Will made his feelings known as he said: “You’re honestly a 20/10. You’re unreal.”

Jessie responded: “You’re obviously gorgeous as well, you really are,” before Will commented: “I can’t stop looking at your eyes. Your eye contact is so good.”

Ahead of getting to know Jessie, Will, who is currently coupled up with Lana had made a pact with his partner for her to become his “wing-woman”.
