Love Island star fuming at show bosses as he’s ‘edited out’ of ITV series

Former Love Island star Spencer Wilks has slammed the show’s producers for “editing him out” of the series.

The Bournemouth bombshell had high hopes of finding love in the South African villa, setting his sights on Olivia Hawkins.

But the 25-year-old's time on the show was soon cut short after he was dumped in a brutal recoupling, along with Australian hunk Aaron Waters.

Now, sex toy businessman Spencer has lifted the lid on his Love Island experience in a candid Q&A session with his Instagram followers.

When one fan asked: "Is there any moment you wish was shown on TV?" Spencer bluntly revealed that producers “cut him out” and “edited his chats with the girls”.

“There is so much I wish they showed," he said.

“I haven’t watched it back but I know they didn’t show much of me and my personality, they never showed me making the girls laugh or the jokes I’d make.

“I also made coffees every morning for Liv and sometimes for Tanyel and Samie."

Another fan asked: "Were you told not to talk to Lana?"

To which he responded: "No, they never told you not to talk to each other, me and Lana would chat quite a lot and always be laughing the whole way through, we would talk about the most random things but I don’t think any of our chats got aired."

Spencer lasted just over a week in the villa and was coupled up with Olivia for a few days.

However, Spencer and Aaron were brutally dumped when the girls chose to save Kai Fagan because of his blossoming romance with ring girl Olivia Hawkins.

With it between the trio of heartthrobs after a brutal public vote, it was down to the girls to make the journey-altering decision that would axe two singletons from the show.

After the girls announced who they had chosen to axe, fans quickly took to Instagram to fume over the "predictable" dumping.

“This is the most predictable dumping ever," wrote one viewer.

Another added: "So predictable that Aaron and Spencer were dumped, idek [I don't even know] why they left it on a cliffhanger last episode because some of these dumpings are so predictable."
