Matt Hancock slams stupid SAS: Who Dares Wins co-stars after rule break

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins: Series 5 trailer

Former Health Secretary Matt Hancock has claimed two of his Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins co-stars are lacking in “integrity” after they “cheated” in the reality show.

Upon learning that former Love Island duo Montana Brown and Teddy Soares had skipped a series of gruelling exercises Matt ranted about their “stupidity”.

“How can you be so stupid? “I mean, of course, you’ve got to do the whole thing, right?” he said.

“The Directing staff put such an emphasis on integrity that you’ve just got to do it.”

“There’s no hiding place, and there’s literally no hiding place in this case. It is about integrity!” he exclaimed.

The group had been given with six exercises around camp but Montana and Teddy decided to bunk off from completing a series of burpees.

While it was clear that they believed they’d get away with it away from the prying eyes of the cameras, their plan was soon discovered.

“I was gutted they did it, especially Teddy,” said decorated SAS leader, Billy, who made the pair stand neck-deep in a lake for hours as punishment.

“He was caught blatantly, and he still tried to hide it and that was upsetting to see.”

“And Montana, same thing. When you’re caught, you’re caught. Just take it. She owned it better than Teddy,” he ruminated.

Unlike Matt, TOWIE’s James “Arg” Argent actually found the situation amusing.

“It was quite funny because you’d expect someone like me to be the one to get caught cheating,” he said. “Teddy was one of the people taking it seriously, and one of the goody goodies, like Montana.”

Matt resigned after he broke the lockdown rules he had helped create when he was caught in a romantic clinch with aide Gina Coladangelo. His WhatsApp messages later revealed his desperate efforts to find an excuse.

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins is on Channel 4 at 9pm on Sundays.
