STRICTLY Come Dancing star Kai Widdrington looks unrecognisable in a blonde wig as he transforms for movie night.

The popular BBC dance competition show returns tonight and will be taking viewers to Hollywood.

The remaining celebrities and pro dancers are busy getting ready for the third live show of the season.

Taking to Instagram earlier in the day, Love Island star Zara McDermott shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the dressing room.

In the clip, Zara panned the camera to Kai who looked completely different as he ditched his dark locks for a blonde wig.

The pro dancer beamed at the camera while Zara zoomed in, giving her followers a closer look at his transformation.

She captioned the Instagram Story: "Why does this kill me 😂 @kaiwidd."

Viewers will see Kai and his dance partner Angela Rippon transform into the Von Trapps tonight as they perform a Quickstep to Do-Re-Mi from The Sound Of Music.

The dance duo have won the hearts of Strictly fans since their first routine.

Angela is the show's oldest-ever competitor at the age of 78.
