The One Show viewers distracted as they slam Will.i.ams ridiculous outfit

Will.i.am reveals what Emma Willis will be up to on The Voice UK

The One Show viewers were left slightly distracted by guest Will.i.am as he appeared on Monday night’s show.

Joined alongside his colleague Tom Jones, the producer spoke to Alex Jones about the upcoming series of The Voice which is set to air on s Saturday, November 4 on ITV1.

The 48-year-old appeared on the BBC show in a thick green puffy coat and cap, which quickly caught the attention of fans.

As the guest continued to speak to Alex about the singing competition, it appeared viewers couldn’t get past the star’s wardrobe choice.

Taking to Twitter, @Pauline05400623 commented: “Will looked ridiculous! Is there no heating in the studio?”

With @TreborNosraep adding: “Will I Am won’t feel the benefit of that coat once he gets outside #TheOneShow.”

During the interview, host Alex Jones highlighted that The Voice’s Emma Willis is being given a special role in the upcoming series.

As the presenter mentioned Emma will now be given a turn on the button, he commented: “Emma has a freaking ear for the awesome sauce!

“She’s been on the show for so long she has to know the difference between the songbirds and the ducks.”

Emma will be filling in for Will for a brief stint as she gets to sit in the big red chair and presses through one act.

Speaking about the upcoming series she said: “There are also some surprising choices when the competition gets further down the line.

“I always think I can guess who they are going to choose but that just wasn’t the case this series.”

The One Show continues weekdays on BBC One from 7pm.
