TOWIE star Clelia Theodorou has shared an emotional birth video online after she broke both legs and feet in tragic car crash which killed her mum.

Clelia, 28 welcomed her first child, a baby daughter with her Towie partner Tommy Cole on Saturday, 16 September, and has now given her followers a glimpse into her emotional birth.

In the black and white video montage posted to her Instagram, Clelia revealed the moment she was gently lifted into a birthing pool and assisted by nurses before giving birth.

The clip was quickly followed by some adorable shots of her new born baby in the hospital, before Tommy was seen carrying the baby out of the hospital in a car seat.

The reality star then shared some glimpses of her new life at home with her daughter, as she captioned the post: “1 month baby girl”.

Clelia went on to thank her midwife and healthcare professionals for the special support she received before, during and after her birth.

She continued in her caption: “Helen @lenwags05 did everything she could to ensure I had the best possible experience and made a very difficult situation feel normal (as normal as childbirth can be! Lol) putting us at such ease. Thank you Helen, you’re absolutely amazing and so important to us!

“My wonderful mother in law @shazzacolehairgirlie we couldn’t have gotten through this day without you. Words will never describe the pain of not having my Mum with me but I know in my heart she would be so grateful for you and what you’ve done for me these past months without her. Always going above and beyond.

“& of course my @tommy.cole your caring for us both now. I don’t know how you do it all but you do, and you continue to amaze me every day. Cielo is so so lucky to have you as her Dad & I’m sure she knows it already! Watching you this last month has been incredible. My best friend, my partner, I love you so much.”

The birth comes just a few months after the TV star's mum wastragically killed in a car accidentwhich also left Clelia with "terrible injuries" and "paralysing" pain.

The smash happened at the end of May and the former Towie favourite announced on her Instagram on July 31the heart-breaking news that her mum had passed away.
