I was keen to try the half-and-half hair dye trend but it was a total fail – my face was such a state I ended up in A&E | The Sun

A WOMAN has taken to TikTok to encourage people to always do a patch test before dying their hair – after her new colour caused one side of her face to DOUBLE in size.

Seraya shared a video of her trying out the half-and-half hair trend, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite go to plan.

The content creator, known online as @seraya.ea, regularly shares life updates with her 43,800 followers.

In a new reel, the TikTokker revealed that one side of her face became really swollen after she had an allergic reaction to black hair dye.

Now TikTok users are going as far as to say she looked like an alien or the Queen of Hearts from Alice In Wonderland.

At the start of the 14-second video, Seraya and her boyfriend are seen at home, with their heads covered in red and black dye.
