HANDS up if you've ever ordered anything online, only for it to arrive and look nothing like you'd pictured.
Well, it turns out you're not alone.
Tara Ashley, who is a size 14-16, found herself in that very situation when she ordered a clothes haul from online retailer, Cider.
In a clip shared to TikTok, she could be seen trying on a selection of outfits, tops and jeans – starting with a silk white strappy dress.
"Ok you're going to what to size up with these ones," she says.
"I'm a size 14-16 and this is an XL.

"I didn't think I'd need to buy from the Curve collection because that's usually size 18 and above…NEXT!"
Moving on, she then turns her attention to a pair of washed blue denim jeans.

"OK we got a size large in the top which is good and a size XL in the jeans," Tara explains.
"You know what? Not that bad – just a bit hard to get on.

"Look at my butt – my butt looks good in these!"
The fashion fan then proceeds to try on a faux leather jacket that she admits she's "excited" for.
"Huh?" she exclaims.
"I'm not sure what vibe I was going for with this but it probably wasn't this.
"I was going for more Bella Hadid walking around Paris in her leather jacket and I feel more like Danny from Grease."
Tara then tries on a top in a weird "felt" material, before slipping into a green silky floral slip dress.
"This one I'm excited for…" she says, before quickly changing her mind.
"Never mind!" she says.
"I feel like if you're going to shop in Cider you need to go with the basics – the t-shirts, the tanks and the tops."
The video quickly went viral, racking up over 355k views and several comments from social media users – with very mixed reviews.
"I think Cider is just like Shein in disguise," commented one.
A second penned: "This is a summary of what it like when I buy things online…like I have the idea in my head of what it’s going to look like then it doesn’t."
A third noted: "I was so close to buying from cider at one point…"
Meanwhile, a fourth wrote: "nanananana you gotta do the SIT DOWN test with those jeans they are uncomfyyyyy."
And one more added: "I wish I saw this before I bought the dress I bought from there like 20 minutes ago."
Elsewhere, others admitted they were fans of a couple of the dresses that Tara tried on.
"Nahh the last dress looks amazing I love it," praised one.
