Gogglebox fans will no doubt be gutted when the TV show returns to TV screens this Friday (July 28).

Since June, the celebrity version of the hit Channel 4 show has been airing – while the original programme takes its annual summer break.

In recent weeks viewers have been treated to stars like Rita Ora, Nick Grimshaw, Tom Grennan and Charlene White all giving their thoughts on the latest bits of telly.

And while the original show will be back for its 22nd series in September – the same can’t be said for the star-studded spin-off.

Fans of the show will be gutted to know that the Celebrity series has already ended.

According to TV listings, on this Friday viewers will see all the highlights and best bits from 2022's celebrity version.

It’s fair to say the latest Celebrity Gogglebox series went down a treat with viewers watching the show at home.

Especially when pop sensation Rita Ora made her debut on the show alongside her gorgeous sister Elena.

The pair settled down in front of the sofa for a cosy night in, with popcorn and grapes, which they indulged to their heart's content.

And it didn't take long for the duo to start exchanging some pretty hilarious banter.

After being introduced by beloved narrator, David Best, Elena delivered a brutal blow, comparing her sister to a popular children's TV character.

She jibed: "Are you going to take your shoes off? Are you finished kicking people for the day with those? You look like a power ranger."

Bowing to her sister's demands, the performer said: "Ok, it's done, but now I've got these dusty socks on. Should I free the toes?"

Offering some support, Elena responded: "Free the toes."

However, this was to her undoing as Rita, spotting a comedic opportunity, wiggled her feet in her sister's face.

Unsurprisingly, Elena screamed.
