James Argent rakes in huge six figure pay cheque from SAS Who Dares Wins after blowing all his cash on drugs and rehab | The Sun

JAMES Argent raked in a six figure pay cheque from Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins after previously blowing all his cash.

The former reality TV star took part in the endurance show alongside names including former Health Secretary Matt Hancock, Gareth Gatesand Melinda Messenger.

The former Towie star suffered a year of hell when he blew all his cash, went into rehab and was dumped by superstar Gemma Collins in July 2020.

James, 35, previously spent 12 months in and out of rehab for drug addiction and was done to his last few quid.

But documents filed to Companies House this week show James Argent Ltd is now in rude health – just like James.

The annual books show his firm is now worth £153,081 in cash and assets after taking part in the Channel 4 show and other projects.

In 2020, the firm had zero cash in the bank and he had a loss of nearly £24,000 as his earnings were hit by his personal problems and the coronavirus pandemic.

The TV star previously admitted his problems with addiction had often led to missing work.

According to Arg, the cocaine binges previously caused psychosis and paranoia and it put people off hiring him.

In May 2020, James said he suffered two near-fatal overdoses at his home and the door needed to be kicked down for medics to save him.

He later promised to lose weight or die trying after he hit a whopping 27 stone after well-publicised battle with his weight since the ITVBe show began.

The star has since shared impressive transformation snaps after he underwent a sleeve gastrectomy procedure and lost 14 stone.

Last year James was back on the box starring as a participant in The Real Dirty Dancing and hosted Fame in the Family.
