A25 crash: Brothers, six and eight, killed in horror smash as two in hospital with serious injuries | The Sun

TWO young brothers aged six and eight have been killed in a horror crash on the A25.

The tragedy, which also saw a third child in hospital with serious injuries, unfolded near Sandilands in Lincolnshire yesterday.

The brothers were passengers in the back of a Vauxhall Astra which crashed with a black Audi A4 just after 3.30pm.

A third child and a woman in her 20s were also severely injured in the horrific smash and both remain in hospital.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire Police confirmed: "We believe the black Vauxhall Astra had travelled south from Sandilands to Huttoft on the A52 just prior to the collision, and the black Audi A4 had travelled north from Huttoft.

"We appeal to anyone who was travelling between Sandilands and Huttoft on the A52 around 3.30 to 3.38 pm on Monday afternoon, and who saw either a black Vauxhall Astra or a black Audi A4 or may have dashcam footage that could assist our investigation to get in touch."
